"The
dancers body is simply
the luminous manifestation of their soul. This is the truly creative
dancer, natural but not imitative, speaking in movement out of self and
out of something greater than all selves"
Isadora Duncan

Tango
Tangk Raises the Bar
A dear friend and
music maestro once
told me "people seem to have forgotten how to humble themselves to a
learning process". I have been reminded of his comments as we implement
a specific level of technique for dancers wanting to attend a Tango
Tangk.
Most dancers accept and trust our decision about their ability, but
some react as though we have insulted or humiliated them. Humility and
effective learning go hand in hand, and sadly, dancers who have not yet
made this connection compromise their ability to improve their
dance. (1) READ MORE |

Tango is about sharing
Steve
and Debbie recommend www.liftshare.org
to share car journeys and cut costs.
After joining this free service, members simply register their journey
and the system lists all potential matching
journeys. The matches are displayed in both table and map format,
allowing the user to easily find the most suitable people.
Having found a match the user simply sends an automated email to any
likely matches and arranges to travel together. Join
